1955 VW Type 2 Singlecab

After hiding away in my Mum's carport for nearly three years i thought it was time to drag the old truck out...



Here it is at my workshop this morning before it goes off into temporary storage in my friends garage until i've finished welding the Charger up...

it's an extractor fan from the paint shop in one of my old workshops and man does it suck!

here's a couple of pics from when i first set eyes on it in 2003, It had sat in the garage/stable/shed under a unfinished house in Portugal for around 20 years...

and this is a couple of months after i first got it on the road...
