I'm newbie to the forum. I live up north in Durham. I've owned this my first American motor for 6 months now. Its taken a lot of work to get it back on the road. I,ve only taking it to a couple of local shows so far, but aim to hit a few more shows next year.
Tim thanks for ankorwax its kept the bodywork just how I wanted it to look.
Its a 1964 Chevy Corvair 8 door corvan

I like the look of that, i would have never thought to put the wires on it but they work well i reckon... cool!

This is a 8 door panel van but its been fitted with 2 glazed side doors on one side from a Greenbrier which was a bus. I have the original panel doors which may go back on. I'm on making an interior to use it for weekend camping, I,ve seen a few in the states with full campervan conversion simliar to VW splitty.

I'd be tempted to leave the windowed side doors on the right side, LHD panel vans are a nightmare on UK roads with a blind spot big enough to hide a few cars in the next lane on motorways... but you probably already know that
