Hi guys - here is my '72 Bay. 40k miles, one Aussie owner and I even have the original invoice from the Adelade garage! Has had a little paint over the years, had the top end rebuiit when I bought it as there was an exhaust port blowing and now has a stainless exhaust, otherwise completely original. I bought it in August from Billy at Gday Kombis in Oxford. Yet to be named - the kids call it the Daddy Bus so that will probably stick. Can't wait til the weather improves so we can get out camping again! Otherwise I use it most days for my 20 miles to work. Driving it just makes me smile.

Cheers KingfastT.

Tim, its a rather amusingly named 'Campmobile' coversion which was carried out in blair athol, South Australia. It has a Campmobile name plate below the VW badge on the tailgate - much to my mates amusement.. We also have the original instruction booklet.
