hi guyz
i'm marc, nearly 37, from leigh on sea, essex. extremely happily married, even though i do spend our money on our 65 panel van. the extremely happy marriage has brought us 3 beautiful children, hence the van has not been finished, yet, too much loving & not enough restoring i suspect. into old vw's, skating & kitesurfing, not as much as i would like though. slowly restoring our 65 panel van, so always on the lookout for sensibly priced body panels. time, money & kidz, kidz, money & time, i hope some of you know the feeling, i can't be the only one, nice too meet you guyz....

Hello there, I'm Simon, 43, and another early bayer. I see there are a few familiar names here. I'm currently restoring a 1969 bay, my third early bay and sixth bus in total. Have owned buses for the last 23 years, but this is the worst I've had. Very Happy

Plenty of iron oxide and filler, along with expanding foam all along the os gutter line and rear hatch.
I have got a resto thread on EB, but here are some of the worst bits. I've got a collection of imported body cuts to use.

Work is under way, but going slowly, as I can only work on the bus Saturday mornings. Still, ns seat belt mount, wheel t*b and cab floor repairs and front arch all replaced.

Hey, My names Luke, I'm 24 and I'm from peterborough. I've had a couple bugs to pass the time until I could make the crossover to yanky cars.
I drive a 97 camaro daily for which I've jus had some chrome wheels shipped over (18" for the front and 20" for the back).
I'm currently rebuilding a 56 gmc stepside pick up (its a father son project.....me being the son!), it runs a 327ci motor and jaguar running gear and american racing wheels. Everythings being done in the garage by us.
I'm a fabricator/welder by trade.
I like tattoos.
My favourite film is 'o' brother where art thou?'.
I like newcastle brown ale.
And I'm looking forward to going to 'viva las vegas' hot rod and kustom show next april!
And I'm still struggling to get pictures on here!
