Headlining ( apart from over front seats) has now been removed. Will take some pics tomorrow!

Yep that's the plan, then she is going away for the winter to be worked on.

I know there is a cettain reputation that preceeds those guys, but they will know who they bought it from and could at least give you some contact details.....most previous owners are quite happy to tell some stories and even send pictures..............

No, Dan hasn't had chance to look as yet! I don't know whether it would be as easy to remove the engine and get a new alterator/dynamo.

Maybe Tim could lead us on that a little bit Wink

As for the headliner, we are still undecided. So much to consider!

I polished up one panel earlier and she came up a treat. Shame the back panel and front has been painted over!!!

Any tips!

You could try some G3 cutting compound, it may well rejuvinate the colour, but if its not the same paint code as the rest it wont be perfect regarding colour match Smile

Alternator is on, engines back in and running, just got to put the new wire from the alternator to the battery on and it's done...
