Well i was going to do a 69 model year(Aug 68-Aug 69 next then eventually a 70 model year after that... maybe i should have three threads from now, one for each year so as not to confuse things?

My van is still in the UK down in sussex and is a 40 mile a day girl. Don't know that much about it other than it is a UK original Devon Caravette, oldest surviving at the moment, although almost not the oldest surviving as some pillock pulled out in front of me and it is now undergoing a bit of minor repair work.

PostSubject: My early `68 Bay   Mon Nov 24 2008, 21:04

Hello from Germany.
Here are some facts about my 68 Bay.
Type: 23
first registered: 25.01.1968

I found the car maybe 4 or 5 years ago in Austria, it`s a "rustfree" unwelded, first paint (with a lot of patina and some touch ups) Kombi.

Will try to show some pics:

When i found it:

after some weekends in the garage:

Greetings, Adde
