TIM! That pontiac wagon is awesome! Say for instance i bought that chevy for $1200. How much roughly would it cost for me to get it home if I did it through you??? Just curious because there seems to be some bargains to be had on there!

I have been talking to the owner of the 51 because i thought it was such a bargain. i managed to get him to include a couple of extras for a total of $1400, shipping will be around £1900(including taxes etc) all in because it's right bang in the middle of north america so far from the ports. i have a few more pics of the rust and it doesn't look too bad at all, i still think it's a great price and a excellent project and i would buy it but that wagon hadn't come along... I'm always wary of Florida cars after a couple of experiences, it has a very damp climate in parts and that car looks like it's had it's fair share of bodging when you look closely. it also looks very crusty ins some areas.

The Hudson looks like it could make a nice sled but unfinished project chop tops are quite possibly asking for trouble too. also putting a car back together you didn't take apart is definately a nightmare!

sorry to piss on your fire!
